SUMMARY AND FORECAST. • By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Department reports:—'Moderate northerly and westerly winds have predominated, with mild and fair weather generally. There has been little movement of the barometer. Present indications are for mild and hazy conditions generally, but cloudy and unsettled at times in many parts of the country. Moderate to strong northerly and westerly winds will probably prevail and a slowly falling barometer.
