While the steamer Hatfield was assisting the disabled steamer Glasgow in the North Sea they fouled, and the Hat-1 field sank in seven minutes. The crew, except one, were drowned. The Glasgow ! was towed to Dover. { The Hague, October 2. The steamer Edward Dawson was stranded and burnt at Flushing. Five of the crew are missing. The German steamer Gladiator foundered at Ymuiden, and three persons were drowned. Berlin, October 2. A dredge founded at the outer Eider lighthouse. The erew were drowned, VESSEL SINKS IN SEVEN MINUTES. AX ENTIRE FISHING FLEET MISSING Received 4, 1 a.m. London, October 3. The captain of the Glasgow states that the Glasgow was lifted on a huge wave Hatfield, which sank in seven minutes. Antwerp, October 3. Eighty river craft were, wrecked in the East Scheldt. The entire fishing fleet of Bluinishe is missing. .Many j bodies and much wreckage are drifting , ashore.
