IXGLEWOOD OLUB. The annual meeting of the above club was held on Wednesday. The report showed a credit balance at the commencement of last season of .-C-lcJ 13s 2d, and subscriptions received .£2l ISs 9d; and at 'the close of the season the balance was reduced to £7 lis, which reduction, however, is fully accounted for by the. expenditure on gear amounting to £l4 4s <!d and pavilion rent for 1900-10 of £2 10s. The report sot ouit the successes of the senior and junior teams in the association's competitions, the senior team having won the Robertson Cii;p and the juniors the Clarke Shield. The election of officers resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr. E. Yickors; president, Mr. \V. ,'E. lVrcival: vice-presidents, Messrs. G. \Y. Bennett. F. 11. Ilrowu, M. Bcrgin, T. E. llamerton, A. Leslie and C. Tully; captain, Mr. D. Clegg; viccca.ptain, Mr. G. Gudgeon; hon. secretary, Mr, 11. Billing; general committee, Messrs. E. Allen, .1. and L. Sutherland were elected to iill three vacancies; delegates, seniors, Messrs. James and Matthews; juniors. Messrs, Quickfall and Turner; Saturday team, Messrs. J. Sutherland ami R. Thomas; vice-presi-dent for the X.T.I'.A., Mr. Percival. Enitcring teams was left in the bands of the general committee. The season will be opened on Thursday, October 5. Messrs. CI egg, Gault, Gudgeon, and Matthews were appointed a grounds committee.

The general business lx>ing concluded, Mr. W. E. Percival, president, moved: '"That this meeting wishes to place on record its nppredatteu <>f tile deep interest 'taken in, and the services ireiidored to tile club by our late pa.tron, Mr. li. 11. Nieiiolls, and their full sense of the heavy loss sustained iby his death, and also to extend their deepest sympathy to the relatives in their bereavement." Seconded 'by Mr. Billing and carried.
