• WOMAN SHOOTS HER HUSBAND. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. New York, September 20. Mrs. Patterson, wife of a wealthy broker at Chicago, shot and killed her husband after a dispute regarding a divorce. The woman thrust the revolver beneath her husband's body, declaring that he had committed suicide, but afterwards confessed that she had killed him.
