BOROUGH OF NEW PLYMOUTH. PROPOSED SPECIAL LOAN" OF £12,000. PROPOSAL TO RAISE A SPECIAL LOAN UNDER "THE LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACT. llMIS." WE Council of the Borough of New Plymouth hereby gives Public Notice that it proposes to borrow, by way of Special .Loan, the sum of £12.000 at a rate of interest not exceeding £•"> per centum per annum, with a. Sinking Fund of y., per cent, aihlitiounl. the whole of the Loan to be repayable mi the first day of October. 10-22: and to be for the following purposes: To provide additions and extensions to the Electric. Lighting, either within or without the Borough, and to supply electricity; to acquire, in connection with such additions and extensions, hinds easements and appurtenances and buildings, engines, machinery and othfr things; to y\y compensation to any person injuriously affected; and any other purpose incidental to or in relation to any of the above purposes. i The Council proposes to pledge, as security for the said Loan of £12,000 and the interest and sinking fund th'ereon.an annually recurring Special Rate of Thrce ; pence (3d) in the .€ on the annual value of all 'rateable property in the said Borough.
