"OUR MISS GIBBS." "Our Miss (,'ibbs" W as repeated to another very large house last night, and was just as appreciatively received as before. Miss Ivy .Schilling proved just as irresistible, and Mr. Bertie Wright was as humorous as ever. The wholo piece was produced on the same lavish scale as on Monday night. The management should .feel very satisfied with the success accorded their new departure of giving a two nights' season, a departure which the local plavgoers hope will prove permanent. "THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE." The New Plymouth Operatic Society mid ,a highly successful rehearsal of the sparkling opera, "The Pirates of Penzance," last evening, being accompanied by an orchestra of fifteen performers. The chorus work was very fine, and everything went with a swing, auguring well for the. performances on October 11 and »I[J.
