Sir Joseph Ward said he did not think (here was any chance of legislating in the present session. In his opinion there ought to be lights on all vehicles at night. He was willing to assist in the matter of erection of danger signals, but motorists should do their share. lie agreed absolutely to the licensing of drivers and thought no one under 17 years should be allowed to drive ill the streets.
