,, l SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following is the Meteorological Office's weather summary and forecast: Moderate to strong southerly winds have prevailed, with a high barometer, everywhere. The weather has been fair to cloudy, with showers in parts. Present indications are for a slowly rising barometer everywhere, fair weather generally, and moderate and variable winds, ■westerly breezes predominating.
