A HUNDRED AND FIFTY ARRESTS. Received 10, 11.30 p.m. St. Petersburg, September 19". M. Stolypin, towards the end, suffered jinendurable pain. Several times he ejaculated: "Death is creeping on." There was a brief improvement in his conditions when the bullet was extracted. Then the heart, which was affected last year, yielded to the strain, and internal hemorrhage ensued. The Czar returned from Kieff, and paid three visits to M. Stolypin; prior to his death. A hundred and fifty were arrested, mostly BogrofTs acquaintances, including lawyers and clerks.
