Nelson, o.r.p. I The application of J. Phillips will be ' recommended for approval under section I 129 of the Land Act, 1908, at a capital j value of 25s per acre. The application ,of N. Nelson was approved, but the Board could not reduce the valuation for improvements unless the same were reoffered to public competition. TRANSFERS. Mr. A. liatrick waited on the Board with Mr. Grey (Wilson and Grey) with regard to section 3, block 15, Ohura. — After hearing their representations, the Board decided that the section be offered by public auction for cash at a total upset price of £I3BB 10s, including, improvements. (Left sitting.)
