NAPIER TOURNAMENT. I By Telegraph—Prees Association. Napier, September 15. The Hawke's Bay golf tournament wa« concluded on Friday afternoon in,i glorious, weather; The rain of the previous night had' improved the links considerably, and the greens were in first-class order. H. B. Lusk and H. M. Buttcrworth played the first; \S holes of the. final in the morning, at the end of which Lusk was 4 up on his opponent. In the afternoon Lusk started by winning the first two holes in 5 and 4 respectively, Butterworth, however, reduced the lead, to 4 pgain, and eventually to 3; but although he played excellently he could not further reduce the ilcod, and LuSGc eventually won by 3 up and 2 to play, thus winning the Hawke's Bay championship for the second, time in succession. J. HindfiaYsV; jun., was the winner of the final bogey handicap, being 5 up' on bogey, with a handicap of 11. In the afternoon a foursome handicap was played, and was won by L.
