The Regulus arrived in port 011 Thursday afternoon with 400 tons of coal for the Westport Coal Company. She discharged yesterday and sailed in the evening for Westport. CORINNA DELAYED. The Corinna was detained in Nelson by the heavy rain and was unable to leave tliatjiort for New Plymouth till 3 p.m. yesterday. She is due here at an early hour this morning. THE 1IOSAMOXI). The Rosamond was barhoiind at Oneliunga yesterday and on this account she will omit calling at New Plymouth on her southern journey. Southern cargo will be taken by the Corinna next week. Mr. Ceorge Marnier, formerly of the New Plymouth office of the Union Co., and latterly assistant purser of the Mokoia, lias been appointed assistant purser of the Manuka, in the Wellington-Bluir-Mellioiirne service.
