Unsettled and Uichrady weather has prevailed, with rain |HJn most parts of the Dominion. The pjwinds have been variable and squally at f|;'fimes. Strong westerlies and southerlies br-'fm reported in the far north and on the |y*wt coast of the South Island. Present f indications are for a falling barometer E'•(Bverywhere for a westerly storm area jfcls due shortly, and the barometer will fall very low in the south in ffcatbooi thirty-six hours.
