The Liberals are strongly opposed to it, claiming that it will mean a delay of the general elections for a year. Mr. Wood again came into conflict with the Speaker, and was removed from the House. PREFERENTIAL VOTI NT!. Melbourne. September 13. The Assembly passed the third reading of the Preferential Voting Bill by 31 votes to 26.
