During tho month of November and December' over a million gallons were received each month. Butter made amounted to 145 trnis odd. A comparison with the season l-Mib makes interesting reading, showing the great strides the factory'has mado durinis the period mentioned. Messrs. Elliot, and Topless, the retiring directors, were re-elected unopposed. Mr. W. E. Pcrcival being again appointed auditor. The chairman was voted a bonus of £lO for the past year's services. A rote of thanks was passed to the directors and staff. A' long discussion ensued over the matter of the installation of n pasteuriser for cream, the matter being left with tho directors to make enquiries and report immediately. At a meeling of directors Mr. Elliot was appointed chairman. At a meeting of directors of the North Taranaki Dairy Company Messrs. Nathans (purchased the butter for Septemto April at 11 11-lfld. The rather sudden of Mr. A. IT. Jury, licensee of the Olub Hotel, was received \vi(h regret this niornin™. Mr. .Turv Imd been in the district only a few weeks, but had not enjoyed good health, and an attack of pneumonia following on a severe cold was the cause of death, which took place on Tuesday morning early. Airs. Jury will luuve the sympathy of a large circle of friends.
