During tho month of November and December' over a million gallons were received each month. Butter made amounted to 145 trnis odd. Messrs. Elliot, and Topless, the retiring directors, were re-elected unopposed. Mr. W. E. Pcrcival being again appointed auditor. The chairman was voted a bonus of £lO for the past year's services. A rote of thanks was passed to the directors and staff. A' long discussion ensued over the matter of the installation of n pasteuriser for cream, the matter being left with tho directors to make enquiries and report immediately. Mr. .Turv Imd been in the district only a few weeks, but had not enjoyed good health, and an attack of pneumonia following on a severe cold was the cause of death, which took place on Tuesday morning early.
