A TISCH MEMORIAL

•PUBLIC MEETING TO BE HELD. At the Borough Council meeting last night, the Mayor, Mr. 0. W. Browne, moved that a public meeting be called to take steps to erect a memorial to the late Mayor, Mr. G. Tisch. He said he did not propose to <liscuss now what form the memorial should take, but would make a statement at the meeting. He thought, and councillors would, he felt sure, agree with him, that they could not undertake anything too great as a memorial to their late chief. Councillors concurred, and the meeting will be held in the Town Hall next Monday night.
