Griffiths. Mrs. Pa ton. Misses Brewster and Glasgow have gone to attend the Wangiinui golf tournament. Mrs. A. Jones and Miss Saxton go down on Monday. WEDDING BELLS. 1 1 A 1 lX>CK—BUACEGIllDLE. A pretty wedding was solemnised in f St. Andrews' Church, Inglewood, on Wednesday morning, the contracting parties being Miss Jessie Braoegirdle. of Kaimata, and Mr. William Haylock. fifth son of Mr. George Haylock, of Akaroa. The bride, who was given away by 'hci brother, wore a dainty gown of white silk trimmed with silk lace insertion She wore the orthodox veil and orange blossoms, and carried a beautiful bouquel of jonifiiills anil lyeopodinm fern. Tin bridesmaid, Miss Lucy TSracegirille, was prettily dressed dressed in heliotrope sill; and carried the usual bouquet, -Mr Wilfrid Braccgirdle acted as best man The Ucv. Mr. llnnchan olliciated.
