Cavalry dispersed the mob; several 'rioters were injured, and a number arretted. REVOLUTIONARY FEELING SPREADING. Received 10, 5.5 p.m. Paris, September 9. Food riots are increasing in violence and are more widely spreading, with Roubaix as the storm centre.
Inciting placards are placed in many quarters of Paris, but at present without result.
