A number of officers and doctors are being court-martialled on charges of abandoning several cholera-stricken soldiers and not attempting treatment or isolation. Rome, September 7. There is a strict, censorship of telegrams concerning the cholera in Italv. Alarming reports are current of the widespread ravages of the disease.
