SERVICE INAUGURATED IN BRITAIN By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Received 7, 9.35 p.m. London, September 7. The King and Queen, Ivho are staying at Balmoral, promised to send their letters by the aerial post, which is to lie inaugurated on Saturday between London and Windsor. Tho first aeroplane starting conveys Mr. Herbert Samuel's greetings to the Postmasters-General of foreign countries. Special postcards and envelopes have been issaied to commemorate the inauguration.
