THE WAXGANUI SEAT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wauganui, Last Night. The Waugaiuii political campaign was opened here this evening by .Vlv. George Hutchison, an opponent of the Government. The Opera House was packed, mid tin' speaker had a very good hearing. He severely criticised the Ward Government, and evolved a scheme for the reconciliation of capital and labor, based on the adaptation of principles of co-operation to circumstances approaching those of co-partnership with limited liability, so that while capital shall be safeguarded labor shall participate in the profits'. He explained his proposal at considerable lengwi.
