Christchurch, Yesterday. 5 Lyttelton Harbor Board to-day decided it was desirable to establish a superannuation fund for employees. It was proposed to obtain an actuarial report on the subject and raise the question at the 'annual conference of harbor boards, with a view to ascertaining the possibility of united action.,
