CHARGES AGAINST THE SPEAKER. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, September 4. Mr. Miller, member for Bathurst, has agreed to pair with Mr. Median until he is able to attend the House. The writs charging the Speaker and Sergeant-at-Arms with committing a trespass on Messrs Berry, Fitzpa trick and Wood will be issued to-day. Mr. Wade accuses Mr. Willis of selling his party and suppressing from the journal of the House material facts and acting arbitrarily irrespective of the standing orders.
