Mr. Levy complains that his notice of motion for Tuesday, relating to the privileges of members, has been expunged from the order paper. The Speaker told hiin that lie expunged the motion 011 his own authority. Mr. Levy claims that the action is unprecedented. and will bring the matter before the House. XEW SOUTH WALKS SPEAKERSHIP. Tt is stated that writs will be i-sucd to-morrow against the Speaker and Sergeant-at-Arms in connection with the ejectment of Messrs Wood and Fitzgerald from the Assembly.
