Sarah Ann Hall and William Symes, with costs against corespondent. NOT GUILTY OP MANSLAUGHTER. lavercargill, Last Night. The Supreme Court was again occur pied all day in hearing the manslaughter charge against Ernest William Challi* driver of a taxicab, arising out of the death of Arthur William Mitchell, the result of a collision with the taxi. The jury, after three and a half hours' retirement, found a verdict of not guilty.
