Russia and Japan have arrived at a friendly compromise hi connection with the hospital ships Orel and Angora, which were captured during the war. The Angora will be returned by Japan, and Eussia acquires the Orel for £16,000. The Czar and the Mikado hare exchanged friendly telegrams. The Russiza. a, semi-offiVial journal, in commenting on this, announces that all claims arising out of the war have been definitely settied, without resort to arbitration, on terms evidencing mutual friendship.
