It ib expected that, after the Awembly has disposed of Mr. Cohen's motion, Mr. Wade will move an amendment to the Addrcss-in-Reply aiming at a dissolution. SCENES IN PARLIAMENT. THE SPEAKER DEFIED. Received 29, 1,1.5 p.m. Sydney, August 29. When Parliament met, several of the Opposition members remained seated when the Speaker entered, but the others rose. Mr. Wade drew attention to the report in Hansard, but the Speaker immediately ordered him to resume his seat. Mr. Perry, ex-Minister of Agriculture, a/ngrily left the Chamber, calling on all loyal members to follow. As he did not bow to the Speaker the Sergcant-at-Arms was directed by Mr. WMlis to bring him back. Mr. Wood, ex-Chief Secretary, defied the Speaker, and was removed amid a scene of violent disorder. Shortly afterwards Mr. Pitzpatrick, when ordered to withdraw a statement and apologise to the Speaker, said, "I will withdraw if I must, and apologise if the statement needs one." Mr. Wills, promptly: "Sergeant, remove the member," which he did, amidst further uproar.
