The matters of appointing a caretaker and the opening day were left in the hands of the ground committee.- The secretary was instructed to write to the secretaries of the Opunake and Pihama Bowling Clubs to arrange'a conference to discuss the appointment) of an overseer to examine the greens and report on them.
