Byron Brown, a claim for £250 damages and an injunction, to be heard here to-morrow. MANAWATU DAIRYING. Palmerston North, Last Night. At the Farmers' Dairy Union annual meeting to-day the chairman stated that the prospects for the future were excellent. They expected to sell at 10% d f.o.b. Wellington. They had riot yet consigned this year, but last year had to consign, as they could not sell. The capital is reduced by 10,000 unissued shares, leaving 13,000* shares still to issue when necessary. A friend of Knox College, who wishes to remain unknown, feeling the need for increased accommodation for students, has promised a donation of £SOOO towards the cost of erecting the necessary additions. It is estimated that £IO,OOO will be required for the proposed enlargement of the college and furnishing.
