Sydney, August 28. Fish trawling grounds have been discovered within 30 miles of Sydney. MANIACS AT PLAY. Brisbane, August 28. A serious attempt was made to wreck a train at Milton. Large boulders were placed on the line, but they were discovered before the train approached.
