Mr, Fisher, Minister of Agriculture, who is campaigning in Quebec, attack- , ing the Opposition, declared thafc the Party was preaching a doctrine of timidity and cowardice by refusing to accept the reciprocity agreement. He accused Mr. Sifton, an ex-supporter of Sir Wilfrid Laurier, of cowardice in raising the*annexation cry. The latter was utterly baseless. Sir Wilfrid Laurier declared that if defeated on reciprocity his heart would break.
