The comet discovered by the Lick observatory is visible here. It is a small object, with no tail, and is apparently moving towards the south-west.

Senhor Arriga, the new President, is a brilliant journalist. He was the candidate of the llodcvates, and obtained 131 votes. Senhor Maelinda, the Advanced Republican candidate, secuved 80 votes.
