A GERMAN ARRESTED AT PLYMOUTH. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, August 20. Max Schultz, described as a doctor of philosophy and also as a Lieutenant of Hussars at Frankfurt, has been remanded on a charge of espionage at Plymouth. Numerous documents have been seized.
