Herr Von Kiderlen Waechter, Secretary for Foreign Affairs, is visiting Mareinbad, and M. Cambon is proceeding to Paris. German papers attribute the French firmness, which frustrated Germany's diplomacy, to Mr. Asquith's and Mr, Lloyd-George's speeches.
