STRENUOUS TIMES AHEAD. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Received 16, 9.30 p.m. London, August 10. The Eighty Club are starting a Home Rule campaign. Meetings and lectures will be held in England. The Unionists are launching an antiHome Rule campaign, in which speakers from Ulster will take part. Mr. J. Devlin, speaking at Ballybofey, said it was a matter of profound satisfaction that Ireland should have played so prominent a part in giving the death blow to the House of Lords. Home Rule dominated the fight from beginning to end. He said it was to pass Home Rule that the Veto Bill was wanted.
