TARAHUA CLUB. A mixed foursomes match will l)e commenced next Saturday between teams representing the lady captain (Miss \yhitc)' and the club captain (Mr. G. (Irey),. The following are the teams (Mis,s White's team being first mentioned) :—Miss E. Putt and Xeal v. Miss A. Pjitt and Duncan; Miss F. Putt and fioudie v. Mrs. Hill and 0. M. Hill; Miss White , and J. G. List v. Mrs. List and Hempton; Miss A. Avery and L. Hill v. Miss Collis and T. C. List; Mrs. Hempton and Laurie v. Miss Rcnnell and Crisp; Mi-n K. Furlong and Robertson v. Miss Gilbert and Cooke; Mrs. Cooke and Cliong v. Miss M. Furlong and Law; Miss Copestake and Douglas v. Mrs. Marks and Grey. The winning team will play off in foursomes, re-handicapped. All scores must be put in. The play will be over 18 holes.
XGAMOTU CLUB. Tim first of the two qualifying rounds for the chamiponship of the Ngamotu Club will be played next Saturday, the 19th inst. In addition to the championship, a prize will be awarded to the player with the best net total score for the two rounds whose handicap is over 10.
