NEW PLYMOUTH RIFLE CLUB
ENROLMENT OF MEMBERS. A meeting of members of the New Plymouth Rifle Club was held last night, Mr. C. Buchanan presiding. About twenty members were enrolled, and were sworn in by Lieutenant Boon. Officers were elected as follow:—Patron, Mr. f!. W. Govett; vice-patrons, Captain Eyre Kenny; Colonel Okey, Colonel Ellis and Mr.' R. Cock; president, Mr. A. L, Humphries; deputy-president, Mr. W. Oliver; secretary and treasurer, Mr. F. J. Hill; hundieappers and selectors, Messrs. Oliver, Bruce and Short; auditor, Mr. Buchanan; general committee, Messrs. Beadle, W. Banks, Short, Blanchnrd, Bruce, Nicholls and Johnson.
