AMERICAN WOOL BILL.
AN AGREEMENT REACHED. By Oible—Press Association—Copyright. Received 13, 5.5 p.m. Washington, August 12. The Senate and the House of Representatives, after numerous conferences, settled the disputed Wool Bill on a percentage of 29 ad valorem. The President's veto is now feared. Carpet wool rates were increased from 10 to 29 per centage, and ordinary wools reduced from 35 per cent.
