NEW PLYMOUTH. WOOL, HTDE, SHEEPSKIN AND TALLOW SALES. ' L. A. NOLAN AND OO.'S REPORT. [ We held our usual four-weekly sale ' of hides, sheepskins, tallow and wool on the 2nd inst., and submitted a good catalogue to keen competition. Buyers complimented us on the splendid condition of the hides generally, and we have in turn to thank vendors for letting us have their consignments early. The im- j proved condition was largely due to the fact that we were able to get the hides ] laid out and so get rid of surface moisture which might otherwise have spoilt the appearance somewhat.
