SEND CABLE TO KIEII TIARDIE. By Cable—Press Association-^Copyright. Received 10, 11.30 p.m. London, August 10. Mr. Kier Hardie has published a cablegram from the Anti-Militarists' Council at Christchurch to the effect that New Zealand youths are conscientiously refusing military training, and have been imprisoned, and asking Mr, Hardie to warn the British democracy that their sons coming to New Zealand will be enslaved.
