SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The westerly area of low pressure passed in the south during the night, and the winds have changed to moderate'to strong southerlies, with fair to cloudy weather, showery in parts, especially on the-west coast. The barometer has been very unsteady. Present indications are for cool and changeable weather, moderate to strong southerly and westerly winds predominating. The barometer is very unsteady, and will probably fall again shortly.
