TOIE ARAWA'S PASSENGERS. By Telegrapli —Picas Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Aiwa, which arrived at Wellington from ljomlon to-day, brought 250 passengers in the third class. The munl>er of assisted immigrants was 73, comprising 45 adults and 2S children. Those nominated .by residents of New Zealand comprised 15' adults and. 28 children. The lligh Commissioner approved of ;i0 adults. Ten wives came out to rejoin their husbands. The ipassongcr list included 27 domestics and two fanners., one of the latter bringing with him £1)00 in capital.
