The Attorney-General has declined to file a bill against Jones, one of men committed on charge of murdering Ryan at Newcastle. He was discharged and rearrested on a charge of stealing the revolver with which Ryan was shot. SCHOONER WRECKED. Received 4, 12.35 a.m. Sydney, August 3. News was received of the wreck of the schooner Aola at the Solomon Islands. All hands were saved.
