SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast: — Westerly winds, moderate ito strong and veering to southerly, have prevailed with changeable weather. Rain has fallen in many parts of the country, aid the barometer has fallen everywhere. Present indications are for cold and changeable conditions preceding a short spell of fair weather in most parts of the country. The barometer will probably rise slowly everywhere with moderate southerly winds.
