Plaintiff was emi ployed by Edmund Carroll at 2 Willis street, and on July 5 the Post printed a report of the Health Department dealing with Carroll's tea-rooms, together with comment thereon, Plaintiff complains that he has suffered loss and injury by fhe publication of these articles ' and proceeds accordingly. OPPOSING THE HON. .T. MILLAR. Dunedin, Last Night. ■ It is understood that Mr. H. D. Bedford will contest the. Dunedin West seat against, the Hon. J. A. Millar at the general election as an opponent of the present Government, and that he will receive the support of labor organisations as well as that of the Opposition. Mr. J. W. Munro, who contested the seat at last election, will also be a candidate.
