ALIENS IN BRITAIN
DECREASE IN CRIMINALITY. By Cable—Press Association—-Copyright. Received 1, 9.30 p.m. London, August 1. The Home Office reports that the operation of the Alien Act during the last five years shows a marked diminution in alien criminals in Britain. Their immigration has been reduced by two-thirds.
