RUTHERFORD & SON, of laiotu, to sell by auction at his Mart, New Plymouth, on SATURDAY, August 5, at 2 p.m.,— rpHEIR fine coastal properties, comprising 535 acres of freehold land in four farms of ureas ranging from 111 to 160 acres; also 249 acres of West C.S.R. Leasehold in one farm. These splendid properties front on the Main South. Parihaka and Tipoka roads, and are all between Pungarchu and Raliotu townships and e!o«e to Post Office, Dairy Factories and School. On four of the farms are dwelling houses, up-to-date cowsheds and outbuildings, all in good order.
