New Plymouth Banks and Law football' team in their annual match with Strat-j ford at Stratford to-day:—Q. Potts, L. G. Hill, I. P. Grant, M. R. Stewart, A. C. Thompson, W. D. Webster, H. B. Reid, A. H. Grant, A. Jennings, G. Salway, L. Mace, R. D. Coker, E. Day, B. S. Pilcher, T. J. Ellis. Emergencies: A. B. C. Simpson, R. P, Quilllam and C. Gilbert. The play-off for the third grade championship between Stratford and Waimate, the winners of the northern and southern divisions respectively, took place at Ha.wera on Thursday, and resulted ia a win for Waimate by three points to nil.
