TETjLURIDES COMPANY. Following is the mine manager's report for the week ending July 22, 1911: Gordon —The low-level crosscut in this section has only been advanced 15ft for the week. On Wednesday, July 19, a very tight section of country crossed the course of the level; in fact, it is the, hardest section of rock we have met with. I have omitted to point out that according to the plan recently compiled by Mr. Adams, the Welcome" Jack lode in your property and Corbett's reef in the Silverstream appear to !)e gradually converging towards one another, and should junction on the north bearing at a point 100 ft outside the Silverstream boundary. When two such quart?, bodies become associated with each other the results cannot be lightly estimated. You will remember that the Silver>trenm Company commenced sinking operations on the down strike of Corbett's reef, and carried very rich sulphide stone down for a distanco of Ifi-ft, the ore body being of very large dimensions, but owing to the great inflow t>f water these operations had to cease pending the extension of your main low-level in this direction, which is about 70ft below the winze referred to. There is still 121 ft to drive (o reach the point'of inter seelion. Volunteer.—The low-level in this section has heen advanced !)ft during the week, and there is very little change in the nature of the country being passed through.
