RIOTS AMONG MINERS. Received 25, 0.40 p.m. New York, July 25. A riot occurred among the miners of the Mansfields' mine, Pittsburg. It was quelled .by a large force of police. Scores were injured, many fatally. The cause is not disclosed. A NIAGARA MANIAC. Received 25, 9.30 p.m. New York, July 25. Robbie Leach attempted to cross the Horseshoe Falls, Niagara, encased in a barrel, but the police prevented him.
